@ztjc i think it might be a joke as i play trumpet and im trying the trombone, this guy says you need alot of air to play the trombone. I dont believe that at all, i can use the same amount of air i use to play the trumpet as i do the trombone. If you want an instrument that requires a lot of air try the tuba, which i have also tried once i liked it but i cant afford one :(

Almost as much air as a Tuba? lol. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. A BBb Tuba is twice as long and has a drastically larger bore size. It's been a while since I played a Trombone, but I remember Euphonium requiring considerably more air and that's the same length of tubing.
