  • Looks like Battletoads on the NES.

  • I played this game when it came out at the arcades when i was 11 and it was a cool game, i really liked it and i loved the show too plus had the merchandise as well

  • Despite all the games, toys, and the cartoon, I'm amazed at how many people don't remember Bucky O'Hare now.

  • i LOVED THIS GAME AND TV SHOW!! I had a HUUUUUGE CRUSH ON JENNY!!!

  • @rang3r34 Wow you like her don't you.

  • @gsoulman1127 Yep, maybe too much.....

  • @rang3r34

Me too man, i watched this show when i was 10 and had the toys plus a t-shirt and i too had a crush on Jenny, she is one of my fave catgirls with Cheetara being number one. There is a graphic novel that this show is based on you know.

  • @Johnlindsey289 Yep and i live the Cat version of Storm A.k.A. Jenny <3 remember the cartoon? Man that was some complex story.

  • holy shit this game looks fucking awesome i never saw this ever back in the arcade games, i played all the konami great beat em ups but holy shit as if i never played this :(

  • lol @ "DUCK"

  • Al Negator looks like an Evil Barney the Dinosaur

  • used to be the best game in chuck e cheese

  • ah..i remember when i used to toss tokens in this game in chuckie cheese

  • This game on the SNES could have helped keeping the franchise alive. ^^°

  • Was there a Bucky O'Hare cartoon in the early 90's? If not there should've been. I mean multiple characters..in SPACE! Endless possibilities

  • @TwinCityKillaz There was, indeed.

  • @TwinCityKillaz There was a cartoon, indeed.

  • Hey!!If KONAMI still has the rights to this game, why don't they re-issue it on PS3,360 and WII as a online home arcade release to play online??Konami,Capcom and the other older game companies,if their struggling for a "new" hit franchise then why not look in their old back catalogs and start re-making some of their old classics!Huh??

  • omg i have wasted so much money on this haha it was my favourite arcade game back then

  • Its looks good but is a predictable scrolling beatem up at heart think the Xmen arcade game.

  • Lol, never heard of this one before, only the NES classic and the TV series.

    Looks promising.

Why "Duck" and not "Deadeye"? lack of space?

And blinky looks like if he were dancing hip hop or lap dance.

  • awesome soundtrack to a great mame classic

  • duck? wasnt it deadeye?

  • Whats with the random lazer door opening? looks like a closet or something.

  • i think duck stole mario's hat lol

  • It would be nice if XboxLive had this game to download so we can play it again..

I only played this on MAME and i loved it because it reminds of TMNT, X-MEN, Captain America and The Avengers, and The Simpsons.

  • they should released the aracde game too

  • what arcadeboard was it released on?

might there be a neo geo game?

  • oh and since konami is an japanese company i wounder if bucky o hare was well known in japan?

ok gamedevelopment was not to expensive back in these days,so the might just be released in the us.

    does any one know?

  • I'm going to buy a Bucky O'Hare arcade cabinet. This game was awesome.

  • God I love this show, wish it would have lasted longer.

  • yeah me too!

  • this game makes me think of Chuck 'E' Cheese. my local one used to have an arcade cabinet. brings back some great memories. Deadeye was fucking badass.

  • Agreed. A pirate and a duck how can you go wrong? like a twisted daffy.

  • This looks as fun as the Punisher. And the voice acting is tight

  • does anyone know how to get this game i want to play it

  • Mame.

  • great video, grat framerate, could you upload it in hd? thanx!!

  • I USED TO LOVE THIS GAME OH MY GOD

  • wow I've never seen this bucky game before.

  • You gotta give Konami props for having full voiced dialogue in this game...

  • Wow, all the voice actors returned for this I believe.

  • must... find... emulator!

  • I remember this game, hmmm 14 years ago, good times

  • Konami pretty much owned the arcades back then with this, TMNT, X-Men and the Simpsons. I miss those days!

  • How do you get this footage. Do you actually have the game? Where can i get a hold of this game.

  • "planet punk" yea.

game reminds somehow arcade aliens vs predator, both cool games.

  • i have NO idea whats happening

  • I got to know all about Bucky O'Hare first by this game.

    I istantly crushed for Jenny!

  • how dare those toads take over bucky's home lets croak some

  • ah i remember dis shit bucky o'hare take me back!!!

  • Colorful.

  • these guys are like a cross between X-men, the Tick, and Looney toons.

  • except more sucky

  • better fag the tick and loony toons can blow me

  • hey does anyone know how i can play this game on the pc?

  • :O Bucky's language is atrocious

  • Dead Eye walks funny.

  • I vaguely remember this show, but what Channel did this used to be on in the UK??

  • ITV, used to be on at about 8am, it got a rerun on CITV in the afternoons I think,

  • wrong it was bbc 1 mate

  • yeah it was on bbc1

  • Shows how long ago it was D:

  • Pretty cool game. The planet "Warren". Thats priceless.

  • worst cartoon ever but best game ever.

  • why did the gator squeal so quickly? that was funny

  • wow looks great - i missed this one in the arcades - i'm assuming this is off of mame... will take a hunt for it...

  • i remember playin this at chukie cheese wonder if they still have it there

  • Oh man. I played this at my local Chuck E. Cheese about 1000 times. Good memories.

  • This was definitely one the most badass arcade games ever made in the 90s Duck was my favorite character

  • @Dagreat

He was badass and he looks like Daffy Duck's imbred mutant son

  • I must have spent a shitload of tokens playing this coz I kept getting killed in the game lol. The memories...

I've always used Blinky too, for some weird reason, maybe because he has that kind of underdog appeal.

  • nah bucky o hare sucked star fox can beat this.

  • huh?

  • darn shame starfox never had a cartoon though..

  • Well holy shit I gotta say this game was freakin bad ass. Back than, this game was so damn advanced. Hell even the intro was awesome...minus the fact that...god damn, he had to say toadies didn't he...man...oh well, still a kick ass game.

  • 07:00 - Bucky got burned black!

  • cool game.

  • way better then the nes game

  • blasphomy

  • The nes bucky o'hare is a legend

  • The arcade game is garbage. But the NES game? That was something of pure legend

  • what's with the ultra synchronized movements???

  • This is probably on MAME and set the 2nd player controls the same as 1st player so he's only playing with one controller controllingboth characters.

  • reminds me of roger rabbit

  • DUDE! it's the actual voices from the show too! bad ass

  • nice game

  • this game is copypasta..

it just the nija turtles beat em up engine with another character tagged onto it..

  • Did the Ninja Turtles game let you shoot at enemies? Did it have fullscreen bombs, and gimmick weapons? Nope.

  • its not exactly like the turtles but come on admit there are some SLIGHT similarities

  • Sweet game. I loved playing this back in the day.

    Thanks for the upload.

  • Bucky Had an arcade game!??

  • yes. This game was considered to fans, like me, as "The Finale of Bucky O'Hare".

  • Wow, it's really plain to see that this is basically exactly like Konami's "Ninja Turtles" arcade games, except with Bucky o'Hare characters (and guns) thrown in. You can even see it through some of the minor details, like the Flying Kick move, or how the bosses flash when they're almost defeated. Everything just like in TMNT. XD

Still, seems like a good game overall. I should hunt it down sometime.

  • No where near the same game. Take this from someone who has played both.

  • thanks Bucky O´Hare for everything, you are the best, ok. sayonara my friends.

  • I rememeber this playing at Chuck E.Cheese, althought i thought it was in the late 80s, for that reason i never watch this series of that show, before.. but, this was back in the late 1998... ever since then these cartoon character of this game, never watch that series of the tv show..?

    -Favic

  • This definately reminds me of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time for the SNES. Gameplay, moves, where the enemies are and the AI are almost identical

  • So this game is Namco? Ok...

  • Konami

  • I can't beleive I missed that. lol

  • emulate it if you want.

  • Is that Mark Hamill doing the voice of Bucky?

  • No, it's an actor named Doug Parker. :)

  • No, I'm pretty sure it was Doug Parker, or Doug Wilson or something like that. I can't remember his name but it wasn't Hamill. xD

  • yes it was on nes

  • Oh, I definitely remember playing this game at Chuck E. Cheese's. This game was the sh*t to me and wondered if it was on any consoles

  • Don't know what this is about, but the game looks awesome

  • There's a freakin' GAME for this? I use to love the show! Thankz0r!

  • I preferred the original comics...

  • They're both pretty good.

  • THANK YOU! :)

  • This game looks nice *Lets crock some toadies*LMAO.
