Sandbar is the ideal board for this. I did it on warzone with all bots on Casual. I also set all the weapons to boomshot. It didn't take long.

This isn't quickest way. First get super reload mutator because it will help you get everything else. Then go to create public Campaign Arcade mode. Go to act 2 and chapter 6: Airborne. After you rescue dizzy and clear the area there is a boomshot dispenser. Which is also a checkpoint. After this portion kill with the boomshot everytime and get more ammo if you need it. I got 7 hail mary's on Avg. Then simply RELOAD last checkpoint. Rinse and Repeat.

P.S. If you don't get ribbons by yourself in arcade then simply grab the 2nd controller sign in as guest and park the extra character in the garage.
