Workout rule number #1...CARDIO AND DIET SHRED THE MOST FAT. I lost 120 lbs bro...and I own a Bowflex...the same one you have. And its the greatest purchase I've made.
in two weeks you will see way more results just eat more chicken and im not telling you to stop eating junk food but trust me ok my friend you will get way buffer than you are now you sexy devil you
hey whats up frank i enjoy your funny vids. can i make a suggestion ? first you really been using the bow flex that long? well ok here is the suggestion arms use resistance 20 on each side for the press 60 legs 60 do 2 sets of 10 reps every other day and you will get faster results specially if you eat more chicken vegetables and some other protein like fish ,tuna, oatmeal mixed like eat protein food like chicken and vegetables later on when you are hungry eat whatever you want the 2 protine
I know you want to incorporate cardio in your routine and you want to stay with Bowflex equipment. If you change your mind on strictly Bowflex equipment might I suggest doing rebounding (mini trampolining)? I just ordered a rebounder after doing extensive research as to the best exercise that I could do for myself personally and rebounding looks like the way to go.
Too Funny! I love your commitment to working out. Mine seems to keep getting derailed. I used to be fat, but very healthy. I lost 122 pounds in a year and this year, when I was at my skinniest (163), I got so sick. I lost my gallbladder, had other problems requiring surgery that were all from crash dieting. What I am saying is, take it easy, don't go nuts with trying to lose weight. Are you healthy? Do you feel good? Cardio is fine, but moderation is the key. I know this now.
great work man. real hard to stay off the festive season's food. Have you given thought to using some protein, muscle supplementation to help you in your efforts. i just started using my new extreme se 2 a month ago. this bowflex extreme one tough little hombre

Nice pecs your work is paying off. Not so sure about the but though. Bow Flex doesn't do much good for it. Thanks for not showing.

I think Nautilus Equipment should give you a free tread mill for all the hard work that you have done. Keep on exercising and keep us posted.

looks the same as week 1. my suggestion is to sell the bowflex and get a treadmill and a padlock for the fridge
