Hmm, If i were going to make this effect I would shoot the face makign sure the face was very still then use a garbage matte to draw arround the eyes and the mouth. I would then layer this over the thumb, scale it down and keyframe it to move with the thumb. You could soften the edges and apply colour correction and a gaussian blur to the face to make it blend with the thumb...

I use final cut pro, but you could probably do it in premiere if you tried hard enough....

Jorge 1 was amazing cool and addicting!!! (see also my comment)That was because it was spontaneous, freaky, funny and weird (the eyes, the dumbness, the un-controlled movements, even the blurry pixels) ...anyway, this video (jorge 3 already!) looks too smooth, not spontaneous and is therefore not funny and a bit dissappointing...anyway, Kopecky still rules because of Jorge 1!!! :)

Well first off - Jorg 1 was just that - completely spontaneous. It was just a test to see if I could do the effect (which thats another thing - Im actually the one who made all 3 Jorgs, Kopecky is the face for all 3). Jorg 1 got popular so we tried to actually put alot of actual work into a second one and yet it was too "smart" and not - blaintently put - stupid enough. So when we tried to do Jorg 3 we attempted to go back to that route.
