Actually, even though I sounded this out, I transcribed it in sheet music for some people. It was a matter of replicating the "finger picking" style and applying it to the sonorities of the piano. I have the basic pattern if you want it.

Secondly Justin covers every note with no pitch problems,

I still have to play it. It's only instrumental piano. I started transposing the Steely Dan instrumental onto paper just because I liked the piano solo of the song... then I felt, why not make an arrangement of the whole song and include the solo. It was originally a Duke Ellington tune...
