@GOATBOY677 This court room has been seized by the common people under the Magna Carter Act,article 61 & therefore deemed unlawful.The case must be brought to a common law court.There are overwhelming witnesses(popular opinion) whom clearly state the assault allegation is false.Based on the witnesses statements the court should decide that the man is innocent & that he must not be punished. By the way Police are supposed to conduct themselves in a non-aggressive manner generally you know.

Off the subject but: Anyone in Melbourne Australia needs to start to take action, must be non violent of course. Our police no longer work for the people and the community they work for bankers and politicians unknowingly. 315 Million $ in traffic fines are handed out a year to 2.5 Million of the population of Victoria alone and 985,000 of these are for offenses under 10km over the speed limit! - Where does this money go? Not to homeless or development of society that's for sure.

I really do wish the lawful rebellion movement well in their quest and have been following TPUC for a good few years but the only path I can see out of the mess we're in I believe is spirtuality.
