okay, so you have thicker biceps, a bigger back, larger shoulder caps. dude, you are rockin it for your first 30 days. As long as you keep pushing it, your chest will come in, and your triceps will grow to support your chest movements. Congrats.
i dunno what your diet looks like, but try increasing your calorie intake you'll see more dramatic differences...what works for me dude dunno, shoulders and arms looking great tho keep it up
