@mizzgoku Roy Jones is a bit overrated, but Roy did beat Bernard Hopkins, James Toney, Mike McCallum (albeit a past his prime version) went up to heavyweight and beat John Ruiz. He has accomplishments. Manny has done nothing but cherry pick fighters. Plus, with the strong suspicion that Manny is using steroids and you have a very overrated fighter, perhaps the most overrated of all time.

I think Jones lost himself when he went heavyweight then back to lightheavy. His style of boxing downed him as well, as he was very dependant on reflex and quickness, and we all know those decrease with age...

Such is the nature of the game. Jones was the pinnacle of boxing for many years, but now he is reduced to a name on the resume.
Sadly, If Jones had worked harder and not relied on natural talent, he could have had a better career later in life when his reflexed started to slide(think Hopkins).
Years of easy fights with subpar opponents made Jones rich, but his legacy will be forever tarnished by the perception that when he did face real challenges, he failed miserably.

He didn't watch where he was at and backed into the corner and couldn't move away, and didn't duck under the right either, nor protect himself with either his left hand or shoulder. This loss wasn't due to a lack of speed but a lack of proper defense. Something wrong with how he was training no doubt.
