I'm so inspired by you; I was at Mass last week, and was thinking about the Eucharist and nourishing my body and my soul, and trying to look at every meal I eat as my Lord's Supper. Every bite, every sip, it's the glory of the Lord giving me all this wonderful fuel and love for my body...how could I ever take that for granted?
OCD is such a hard thing to fight. My friend has suffered with torrets, OCD, and EDs... I know from seeing him, once you get in the habit of the rituals the OCD is so intense. So I notice recovery can be a lot more gradual because of this. But you're making it through some of the most biggest steps in recovery. And whether you like it or not =P that is what makes you my inspiration. I can wait to see you dance again, and thrive without the rituals controlling you anymore!

My ultimate goal will be to not need ivs or supplements to obtain the balance I need. It can easily be done with raw food but I am not in that position right now, weight or health wise due to critical nature, to do it this way only so I must seek additional natural healing help.
