  • This only shows that the system is wrong, they all look after between themselves. Scratch my back I scratch yours., and they say "robbing" doesnt pay lol.

  • Think about how much it costs to give everyone free banking in england and the uk. It costs over 100 pounds per person. This is for branches nationwide, your account, internet banking ect. How to they pay for it? Well by charging irrisponsible people who go overdrawn over the amount they agreed to when signing the contract for their account. Its the fairest way.

  • CRAP

  • Protest time !

  • The OFT should have foreseen this verdict but then again they are a government department and if the government where really out to help the consumer they could have decided in the public's favour a long time ago without wasting over 2 years and unimaginable costs for the supreme court to say its not up to us.

I think the banks knew this would happen all along and probably planned for the case to reach Supreme court. It was all a show so people would stop complaining.

  • this is the final straw, these bastards have fucked us for the last time refuse to pay your debts cut up your cards dont borrow a fuckin penny off them and nxt time you go into a bank and they give you the" your finances are due for appraisal by our experts" reply why dont you fuck off you bunch of pinstripe bandits and by the way can we have our taxpayers money back" let them drown in there own shit pile

  • how many of them chumps are on the bank payroll??

so if they get rid of the bank charges they lose 30% of there profit well so they should tbh why should they be makin all this cash of ppl anyways and tbh addin a small fee for havin an account tbh is prolly much fairer than chargin ppl crazy sums of money when they struggling already

  • the supreme court has ruled in the context of the banks being given all the money they want to increase their bonuses. this is probably a conservative move, to appease the banks after georgy porgy's pretend farce to care about it.

  • Lord Phillips needs sacking.
