  • As for the Jewish question, what a great bunch of hypocrites. Here they are woking actively to try to anhialate the Arab population in the middle east, and they want SYMPATHY? They're responsible for mass genocide in Isreal, which is a Palestinian land stolen by the French & Americans to give to their Jewish allies for the purpose of disrupting the middle east, and they still want sympathy for what happened to them 5 hundred yrs ago in Spain? No sympathy here. I for one am not blinded by lies.

  • @nvieira100 "woking?" "anhialate?" "Isreal?"

There's that superior Canadian education at work for you.

    You're a slobbering idiot.

  • What a great exageration! It's a well known fact that recorded history shows only 7 jews were executed in Portugal, and this was only after Manuel I made a marriage contract to marry the Spanish princess ... political necessity. Jews were given a choice to convert or leave portugal. So, what stopped them from leaving? They had a choice! The comment that even today jews are afraid of admitting they're jews is just one big fat LIE! ...continued

  • @nvieira100

My wifes family fled Portugal because even in the late 1890's, Jews were not welcome in Portugal.

    You are a big asshole.

Portugese Jews are quiet people, and usually very patriotic and loyal.

Looks like you have a problem with murder.

Most Portuguese Jews live in vast parts of AZ now and dont bother anyone.

As for palestine... sounds typical for a Jew hater to make up massive exaggerations.

  • @nvieira100 You are right as had the people living in so call Palestine on land belonging to Turkish, Egyptian who, in most cases sold them to the Jews not paying any attention to the people to whom they used to rent it. They were not killed.

  • I am a Portuguese Jew.

Its really craziness, b/c I relate to Jews and relate to Christians and reject neither and nobody likes me.

    Oh well.

  • In 1820 or 1850 my old relative came from Portugal to Brazil,he married a blondie brazilian girl (I think italian descendent) in the gold running time but I dont know why he left his jewish tradition and his hebrew name, nice video thanks!

  • all the 20% percent is divited by genes of East europe North of africa and East Mediterranic-the region of Israel, but is a minority... so the genetic descendety of Middle and East medit- is not so relevant that some people think. Portugal is the most west country of europe like Irland Portuguese people ived in the Sea is natural that the genetic matrix come from the Wet europe and not from far away regions in mediterranic. the Jew question is more a cultural and religion quest. and not genetic

  • from this part of the world, Portugal genettecly is the coutry of south europe with more ocidental genes the R1b celtic genes from Irland France and North of Spain this is a fact and the catolicism is smiliar like de irish people! say that is only constact a fact is not more of that ok! but we have to say the true!if there is genes sefradit in Portugal off-corse but there are in austria in italy in greece in bulgaria etc etc we are not different!

  • and if the Jew communty was important in Iberia was is a fact but cultural actually and all i can remember is not important the numer of budist or hindus in Portugal is the same that the number of Jewish, Portugal and Spain probabaly is the place with less jewish people in europe! the question of the genes! is so subjective the true is that the Jewish people came from East mediterranic far away form Portugal about the genes Greece Italy balcas country and central europe have more descency

  • Hello! I have very respect to the Jewish people and the Jewish culture. But come on! this is so much propaganda I am portuguese I always live in Portugal I know very well my country in the north in the south... And the true is that in my all live I never meet any Jewish people I never see a syanagoga to me, the Jewish culture is unkonwn this is true that the jewish community in Portugal is the most small in Europe so I dont deturpate history because is political correct

  • I am portuguese, I was raised in a Catholic family like 99% of the portuguese but my family and I know that we are descendent from Jewish, because my great-parents and their parents come from Belmonte. I bet the a great percentage of the portuguese population is Jewish descent. Too bad portugal has lost its Jewish memory, because Portugal lost a LOT when the Jesuits and Dominicans gained control every aspect of the portuguese life in the 16th century.

  • @AnApeLikeTheOthers

About 71% of Portugal/Azores were Jews. My moms family is Catholic, but they are Jews. Its sad, because my grandmothers, both of them were ashamed to be Jews :(

  • @ugha323a false.

  • When you beitchabadbelem ... Of all cultural and social wealth presented in the documentary "The hidden Jews of Portugal" you merely say it was just propaganda disguised missionary? What imcapacidade to recognize the different, the "other"!

  • about 40% portuguese have jewish genes, we do things everyday we dont even know they have jewish roots like the bread we have here in portugal that is baked made in huge white hoovens was introduced by jews in spain even the way some houses are made cousine etc

  • well most jews specilly the ultr rich keep their fortune by having a rigged game in banking and corp media world this is a fact, jews are intelligent but they are not choosen race by god to rule over all others, if god ever choose any race to be above any other that is not my god, above religion jews are a race and they are not from israel but from egipt were they were first recognised as etchnic group they descend from egyptian ethnic group

  • this video is nothing , but evangelical, J for J propaganda...

  • @beitchabadbelem

When you beitchabadbelem ... Of all cultural and social wealth presented in the documentary "The hidden Jews of Portugal" you merely say it was just propaganda disguised missionary? What imcapacidade to recognize the different, the "other"!

  • @edmasramosjr dude, we all know history, the anusim and etc... Nevertheless, you are exploiting the issue to expose your creed. There are many websites and serious organizations about the Anusim who really want to return to Judaism, not evangelics that want to be Jewish...that's just pathetic!!

  • @beitchabadbelem Honestly, I'm stunned, if not scared. Just because they made a mention of your beliefs about believing in the Messiah to Jews and no longer become evangelicals? Confused!

Is it not the pros can put between us, things in common, rather than the contrary posicinamentos?

  • @edmasramosjr That fact is that the one common thing we should have is the belief in the ONE, True and only G-od of Israel. The video should have focused on that, not in the belief of their fake, failed, dead messiah.

  • @beitchabadbelem

With this, we can only restore the Free hatred responsible for the destruction of the second Beit HaMikdash in our day (that generation remembers? Remembers what the sages say about the reason for the destruction of the Beit HaMikdash?). And further retard the redemption (which is today!).

  • @carvajulio See while people should be proud of their blood line, when they can trace one, 1 thing they should avoid is to fixate on it, given the danger of developing prejudiced and racist atitudes twards others. The human kind's diaspora is not about mainting intact blood lines, and through doing so incuring on the risk of keeping others outside.. the human kind's diaspora should be one of multiculturalism and unity!

  • I'm from Tomar and i'm a Jew. My Family had managed to keep who we are a secret for many generations. We were not told that we were jews till we were older, and we were warned not to tell anybody. sometimes it felt as if we belonged to some kind of obscure secret society... To me being a jew has nothing to do with dogmas. Its my ethnic blood line which means more then religion itself... No need to point the finger at the past. As Jews we must do what Jews do best... which is look to the future

  • @viviryder To protect cultural heritage is one thing, but to obsess over to the point of wanting to base it on notions of "untouched group genoma", is a totally different and also quite dangerous one; it's actually the main reason why jews were persecuted by other "purity of blood and race" concerned groups. I am not a Jew, nor am I catholic, my blood line is that of a thousand, the human family runs through my veins, and of THAT, and that only, I am proud!!

  • @heucatia The global sense of "Human family" is a rather pretentious cliche that dangerously undermines the other creatures of this planet, which have been decimated by your so called "human family" and that does not make me proud of my own species. You are utterly wrong about the reasons why Jews were prosecuted. ethnic conservation have been, and still is enforced by many other groups and prosecution was not bought upon them. You see.., I'm a Jew... and i'm married to a Muslim...

  • @viviryder The human family comes before the ethnic group, so while recovering from persecution through feeding and celebrating their own notions of group union and identity Jews, just like every other ethnic and or religious group, should bare that in mind.

    Respectfully,

.... E de Alguém que, ao contrário da maioria, sabe de onde vem, e para onde vai.

  • @heucatia Humans are tribal by nature, thus have a strong notion of group union and identity. Distinct characteristics define each group according to there ways, passed along the ancestral line. Jews are characteristically prosperous, and that can be intimidating to other groups, and therefor atrocities follow. When prosecutions take place, group union is a survival mechanism. If it wasn't that way, you and i would be spanish...

  • @heucatia

"... E de Alguém que, ao contrário da maioria, sabe de onde vem, e para onde vai." Translation: "from someone, that oppositely to most, knows where she/he comes from and where she/he is going"

Above the "human family" are freedom values. Therefor "maioria/most" have the right not to give a damm where they came from or where they are going.

I know where i came from, however i don't want to know where i'm going... life would be too boring if i did...

  • @viviryder I agree with you. I also have Israelite origins but feel no connection to Judaism.I'm actually quiet opposed to religion, as it requires people to accept beliefs without questioning then, not to mention to the fact that religious doctrines have been used throughout the ages as a way of promoting ignorance, segregation and violence.

  • trabalho excepcional!!!!PARABENS !"!!!!
