You're right. This game came out after the show's second season ended. Back then The Simpsons were known for their merchandise and when nobody would have even thought the show would be lasting as long as it has. Heck I bet back then no one even thought a show like The Simpsons would make The Guinness book of world records. Anyways it is true a lot of the stuff that was introduced later on in the show hadn't come into existance yet. *2bcont.*
*Continued* Anyways yes the game is old but it's still My favorite Arcade Game and IMO the biest Simpsons video game to Me, and I would like it to be released on XBLA or Wii Virtual Console Arcade (if you're wondering why I didn't say PSN it's because My family doesn't own a PS3) so I could play legally and I'd like it to have online play heck I'd even put up with friend codes since it would be a small price to pay for having the game on a service.
