Joe is correct in saying, "[no] Nazi prisoner was read the Miranda Rights on the beaches of Normandy" (3:02)... that was in 1944 and Miranda was established by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1966. This man is obnoxious and a dimwit which is why he was removed from prime time and relegated to cohosting an early morning show.
