just turn up the beat a little bit the vocals are too loud compared to the beat. It's good you're keeping it real but you should less worried about keeping a gangster image, just spit stuff from the heart that is what makes real music. Also try freestyling this should help you with your flow just find a beat and starting rapping whatever comes to your head. Hit me up if you want more pointers.
