I just got my nose pierced. tips for you guys!! DONT GET IT DONE WITH A GUN!!!! seriously. your piercing needs to breathe and a gunjust kinda clamps it and it HURTS. secondly dont get a nose stud with butterfly wings...it will just clamp on to your nose as well then your stud digs into your skin and leaves a mark. Also, im sure you guys all know this but don't get an artificial stud. Go silver, gold, diamond but not artificial!

@thecosmogirl171 getting your tounge pierced doesnt hurt at all...BUT the healing process is the annoying part..you cant eat anything hard you can only eat soup and stuff until the swelling goes down..if you drink like slurpees or slushies that helps..also you talk weird so if u have to go to work/school and talk alot i suggest u wait until ur off..but after those couple of days if u mouthwash after eating/smoking...its the easiest healing piercing bc its in ur mouth so ur saliva helps it heal.

the way she did was gross haha, when I got mine done they did the same step in the beginning but the thing is they never put the LONG wire thingy in... they just took the piercing gun n attached the nose stun to it n click it right onto my nose

Here are the basics, it won't hurt with a gun,

Mine never got infected and also it's worth it.

It doesn't hurt cause it's so quick and also it's just a pinch , & your eyes get watery cause of your nose nerve not cause it's painful , it's quick and easy! better then a cartilage piercing :p

@101glamourprincess Guns are super dangerous to use on noses because it can easily chatter the cartilage. If you go to a real, professional piercer, then they would NEVER do it with a gun. Just pointing that out.

@thecosmogirl171 I wouldn't do it! I had mine and took it out. It's super damaging to your teeth and gums because of the metal/plastic ball that is constantly hitting your teeth. It is also very suseptible to infection and makes it hard to talk and eat for a little while. It looks really cool but has so many risks and health issues :/ If you want it a lot, I say go for it- but it's super not worth it. And yes, it does hurt.

@thecosmogirl171 I had my nosed pierced in highschool. It didnt hurt bad at all. It will make your eyes water when you 1st get it done and my friedns swelled up alot afterwards but mine didnt. If you want it do it, you can always take it out. =)

@thecosmogirl171 It really does not hurt during the piercing. What is difficult is the next several days. The tongue swells! So best to do it when you have a few days where you don't have to "speak". haha. By a week, the swelling is gone and after a few weeks your piercer can put in a shorter bar. Do it. @thecosmogirl171 it doesnt hurt at ALL. Trust mee, i didnt feel a thing. Make sure you suck on lots of ice before and after you get it done. It'll prevent and reduce alot of the swelling. You'll talk alittle funny for the first week, but then it all goes away and its fine. :) Hope i helpedd.

After that, it's not bad until you try to eat. Eating was probably one of the most painful things ever. I lived off of popsicles and baby food for 3 days. Lol. and I had a lisp for about a week.

Suits u well u did good! My sisters a body piercer and she trained me, alot of ppl ive done got scared and like pulled away from me which makes it hurt for them alot more lol alot of ppls eye on the side they get pierced tears like that .. U should see ppl drool when they get their tongue pierced lol. Good job be sure to clean it lots so it doesnt get infected or get a bump beside it once it gets that bump it can take months to get ride of it
