why does the anime world love torturing me SO! they give short episodes to good anime and some of the animes that have long episodes stink why can't they make needless, gushoshu-sama, infinite stratos, shuffle or yumekui merry have an overall of 50 episodes like "kenichi the world's greatest disciple"

I think so because it explains you what the everlasting sakura tree really is and it shows you the story of Otome and Yume's grandparents along with Sakura.

The first season of da capo 2 is so much meh when compared to all the other da capo seasons.

Koko is such a boring and uninspired character so its hard to see her go out with sakurai. Waaay too much focus is put on minatsu and for what? A very cheesy ending... >.>

I'll agree with you on how there was too much focus on Minatsu (think that's her name, watched a while ago). I like Koko but that's just opinion lol. Anyway, I wished they'd did more about Nanaka, Koko, Wataru and Yoshiyuki relationship.

It would have been cool if nanaka was the main focus of season one. Either way, season two got it right with the yume and otome focus. :D

Yeah, but Yoshiyuki needed to confess or something! If they did do Nanaka's route though, it'd conflict with Yume and Otome's route then. (That's what I've read from summaries of the VN though), whenever it gets translated.

Well if nanaka was the main focus character in the first season, she could have stayed neutral and not fall in love with yoshiyuki. I'm not saying to directly transfer nanaka's story from the VN to the anime, I just wanted someone besides koko or minatsu to have some screen time. This way, it wouldn't conflict with his feelings toward yume and otome during season two.

Lol, I'm also hoping for a translation for D.C.II. I don't care if its mangagamer or a fan group, I want to play the game :D
