It doesn't dye you hair but it makes it shiny and for me (I don't know about other people) It helps lighten my hair a tad bit so the shine will show even better. I love this product =)

i use that glaze, i am a blonde and i have used it in the light blonde and also i wanted to go brunette so i tried the light brunette and it just changed the tone of my hair, but it makes is soooo shiny, that stuff rocks

I don't think that any modelling agency has racial preferences. Most agencies like to have models from a variety of different ethnic backgrounds, with a wide range of hair, skin and eye colours.

Modeling agencies that book fashion models usually prefer "exotic" (ethnic) women.. blonde hair blue eyes barbie is considered too commercial, so maybe you've got a good shot :D

No, it's a famous modeling agency, one of the top. Has nothing to do with Ford cars though... names can be so deceiving.

tell you a must try,its fredrick fekkia-all his hair products are amazing. Its pretty pricy--but its the best of the best. Sephora has his products or neiman marcus. when I work makeup events, thats all we use. Remember if your hair is thicker and dry always use a cream NOT A GEL--to much. A gel is great for thiner or oil build up hair. JUST SOME FYI..from a Dior artist...
