Usually yes. However, I will not presume to say what you know but I was an addict for 14 years. I saw dealers deliberately cut with stuff that gels up in a syringe and causes abcesses, sell to mothers while children are in the room. One severe case was to cause an overdose of a punter he thought may snitch.
I was a stupid young man making a long mistake. I still saw those without my opportunity forced into it. Also, to deal skag you have to be ruthless and violent.at that level he is filth.
