IMO I think Kaito is the best, and while He is my fave, Meiko is second on my list, But from what I have seen its more in the skill of the person controlling the Vocaloid. For example, I have seen Amazing Meiko and Kaito songs, while others are lack luster. I'm not hating on Meiko or saying you are wrong, just tossing that out there.

Stop comparing vocaloids. They all have songs that compliment the voices differently. For instance, rin singing "dancing samurai" might not sound as gakupo singing it, and vice versa with gakupo singing "kokoro".
