no traviling is not a problem the problem is not enough area to travel i mean i was level 4 and finished walking around the map in les then 2 hours or so and i walked to the pets are fun to use though but it takes to long to level up and u dont get enough exp for killing monsters like ohter games

luv this game, but i dnt have it anymore: 1. because i got so addicted, i couldn't get off it and fell asleep in school alot, and 2. because my pc broke and it takes days to download and thats with DAP which tends to break my pc, so its not worth it.

this game was awesome. the character customization was incredible, like you can create you own person. there are choices in hair but their r so many different styles and the face you create for yourself. i loved that. the game was awesome. i love my pet magmite, and eventually evry player can fly, its pretty cool.

what I dont understand is why would the give high lvl quests at like lv2? I mean I went to the city of the vanished and I already had quests for Inventory Extension, Badge Quests, Celestial Stone Collecting...etc

@J1nrai In this game it's just HARDER to grind than in Martial heroes or lineage 2...The mobs might give a lot more xp for lvl than in most other MMORPGS..But its far harder to kills a single mob in perfect world..

@geenius In my opinion the difficulty on of the grind does not depend on how long a mob survives or not, but on the time total spent grinding to get level up, and also the amount of levels you need to reach to cap. ^^

to me, a grind is where you mindlessly go kill mob after mob, and just because there are quests that tell you to go kill mobs (again and again) doesn't make it any less of a grind. MMOs really need immersion and lore to be enjoyable for leveling.

Japan don't do many MMO's. FFXI has a story to it that you follow but the "grind" is perhaps ... annoying? But that's not why you play japanese mmo's and FFXI ;/

Koreans do many MMO's and those are mostly grind without anything else to do though, PERFECT WORLD being one out of MANY MANY MANY.

played the international version of perfect world and actually enjoyed it.the grind isn't bad and the quests dish out loads of exp per quest.its easy to gain 20 - 30 lvl's in a day but after that gets a load harder. the pvp and pk parts of this game take a bit of getting used to.
