  • Nice bicycle! Except for the seat. It looks like it would get stuck in your ass. It's a brick with a skin of plastic over it.

  • great bike! i had this on top of my list along with a GT Tachyon and a Cannondale Quick. Cannondale won, but i had the chance to take this one out for a test ride and it was awsome!

  • I would buy the same model, but of 2012.

Is it very comfortable? vibrations, hits etc.

  • @TheIncridibleOne so far no complaints, but i def. use my mountain bike more, so i can have some fun with trails and curbs and such

  • @therottinzombie is there any difference between the 7.3 and 7.4? besides the carbon fork?

  • nice bike. I got one same year and size except in silver. Looking to upgrade to a more comfortable seat and better pedals. Theres a page on facebook on trek FX. look it up

    Alex

  • Just purchased the Trek FX 7.3 disc. I live here in New Orleans so we always get rain and muddy roads. I see that you bought the, I believe, the Node 2 computer. I couldn't justify buying a complete race bike because I use it so much on the road, and having two bikes is out of the question. Really liking my bike.

  • @1czelaya i'm also loving it, but lately i've been riding my 29er because of so much road construction around my house

  • You sound like Ray Liota in goodfellas. I Have a trek 7.3 2007 model. They are great bikes hope you like it better than the fisher

  • @freittrain86 yea i like it much better

  • @freittrain86 yea i like it much better

  • got the same bike, same color, in the 22.5" . i love it!

  • @breaker0021 me 2

  • Just bought the maroon . So how has it been so far?

  • @elgriego331 it's a great bike, but i've been doing 30+ mile rides and i think for the $700 price tag that maybe i should have waited and purchased a road bike. But hey you live and you learn

  • @therottinzombie . Thanks for the response. I like it so far too but lets see how much it could handle! Hope it last for years to come. God bless!

  • @therottinzombie Thinkin the exact same thing. I love it so far actually, but I really wish I would have waited and saved a bit more and gotten a Madone. It really is a solid bike though. Great for my commutes to work. How many miles you got on that beute?

  • I'm looking at the Trek user reviews on their website - everyone says the seats are uncomfortable - on both 7.3 and Kaitai. How do you find yours?

  • @dmiller1000 seats are both terrible and i'll be switching as soon as i have money

  • i have this bike and love it

need some better pedals on mine though

you not got any mud guards?

  • @iYateszy no mud guards. it's used just for exercise
