I might get killed for saying this. But why do you guys copy DT? I know DT is cool and all, but why copy someone? I know you guys love DT, but there will never be two DT's. I'm not saying you guys aren't good, you guys are amazing. But why not try to be original? Or is this like a Dream Theater tribute band? IDk, that's just my humble opinion. I, as a musician, like to sound like myself, sometimes I kinda imitate others, but I try to break out of that. Don't take it as an offense though.
@himl994 I think it takes time. They have obviously developed great technical skills from playing their favorite band (DT). Now they are working on their first album. You need to start somewhere and they have put themselves in a great starting position.
Look at Marco Sfogli, he too is a huge Dream Theater fan and used them as his main inspiration. When I listen to him now I hear his music not Dream Theater. As a musician you must know that everyone learns and develops their musicality in different ways. I see great things from coming from Bad Salad in the future. They have great passion for prog music and you can see they have lots of fun playing music. IT is early my friend, give this band some time to grow.
Yeah, I understand that you gotta start somewhere. And I really hope to see this band create their own sound, because they are damn good. But I guess what matters the most is what they like.
If i could choose between a Warwick RB Streamer LX 5 BK Black High Polish,
a Yamaha RBX 375 Black and a Ibanez SR305 Iron Pewter wich one should I pick if i want to play metal and stuff like that? I would really appriciate anybodys advice. Thank you.
@TheMrbaasb between the RBX and the sr305, the sr305 for sure......i just got a pearl white version a month ago and fully satisfied in almost all ways.....
@1Adripx Cara, comprei nos EUA ... Conheço um vendedor de Music Man chamado Pete Dubaldo. A Loja se chama Dubaldo Music... So procurar no google! Abraço
