OK GUYS TIME TO EXPLAIN. This is old ass footage from an asylum back in the 1930s i think was the time period. The people on the video are patients in the facility and they have schizophrenia and what not. As for the people with the cloths over there eyes they had a brain surgery (not sure what kind of brain surgery) that caused something to happen to there eyes so they have to keep the cloths on there eyes. Now that thsi is explained people can stop lying about it being cursed and such. :D
