Actually it's not (thank you, by the way). Again, it only specifies in the article the median income of Asian Indian families was higher than the AVERAGE of both Asians and Americans OVERALL. The article only goes into specifics about Asian-American ethnicities, not about ALL American ethnicities. I'd like to find more info as this is an interesting topic.

Google "We the People: Hispanics" (include quotes so that it only searches for words exactly in that order) and "We the People: Blacks" to read those if you want. 1) The document does NOT say that Asian Indian men had the highest year-round, full-time median income of ALL ethnic groups in America. Only of ASIAN ethnic groups in America. Still impressive, though.
2) The article is vague about exactly WHAT KIND OF BACHELOR DEGREES Asian Indians have. While it is laudable they have a high % it doesn't say in the article....

The U.S. Census Bureau has also published similar documents for Hispanic and Black Americans. Google "We the People: Hispanics" (include quotes so that it only searches for words exactly in that order) and "We the People: Blacks" to read those if you want. Both of these ethnicities have lower-than-average incomes in America.
I would assume that Blacks, Whites, Asians, and Hispanics make up the majority of America's ethnic demographics.

The fact that blacks and latinos (who make up almost 30% of the pop. of the U.S.) have below avg. educations and incomes strengthens my contention that you cannot say Asian Indians have higher incomes than everyone else since you have not produced any documents concerning the incomes & educations of the various WHITE ethnicities in America.
Example: I have read that German, Anglo & Italian Americans make more and are on avg. better educated than say, Irish Americans.

I doubt there are any Internet resources for finding out what 'kind' of Indians are in the US, though in the UK (I travel there frequently) most of them speak either Hindi or Punjabi... suggesting they are mainly North Indian immigrants.

Hereditary intelligence, due to its ramifications, is admittedly a VERY controversial topic. However, that doesn't change the fact the science is there. I'm sure even you must admit that given the vast observed differences between the various ethnoses of mankind on the phenotypic and molecular levels it would be naive to believe they don't also exist on the cognitive level as well.
