  • This song seems to be much better than the original one!! Such a song needs a strong voice like Musarat Nazeer!!

All these days, I was cursing the song since I had heard the Bally Sagoo remix sung awfully by some lady! By chance, I heard this song and i became an instant fan of Musarat Nazeerji!!

  • this is not the original, but still one of the best versions i've heard

  • I have become a big fan of Mussarat ji ... She is a very good singer and has got a great God-gifted voice ... i love listening to all of her songs. M an Indian & i really dont know which song is original or recorded first ..Ind/Pak ..but i like this version a lot this is wot i personally feel however guys no offence.....i believe music & talent has no boundaries.

  • love you musarrat ji

  • Beautiful Punjabi Woman

  • @updrieteti Well said my friend! These politicians are the reasons that these countries became separate in the first place! X(

  • I also like Masarat Nazeer' voice though. Afterall, she's done great service for the Punjabi Language. We should just concentrate that this is a punjabi singer doing service for Punjabi. Long Live Punjab , Punjabi, Punjabiyat. Let's not fight over silly things.

  • The oiginal lyrics of Mera Laung Gawacha were sung by duet of Surinder Kaur & Mohammad Saddique. Massarat nazeer sang it after that. the original lyrics were penned down by Babu Singh Mann

  • i love this song

  • thas disgusting ganay bajanay main bhi indo pak fight............congrats to all peace loving people"indo-pak express"aisam and rohan bhopanna won gerry weber tennis tournament today in germany.

  • It is a very nice song of Musarat Nazir.

  • This is not the original, there is no such thing as "original" when it comes to folk songs... it was recorded by various artists over time, that's all

  • fucking unique voice greetings from hong kong

  • A masterpiece by MN. Became very popular and still is as beautiful as ever. Noor Jahan has also sung this song after praising MN. The Noor version is slightly different and equally beautiful. Compare the two for greater enjoyment.

  • Musarrat Nazir came back after a long time with mesmerising ideas and created a firm position in singing. Her past fame established her immediately. This particular Punjabi traditional song went sky high. A marvellous exhibition of Musarrat Nazir. (11th April 2011)

  • nice dude.............................?

  • imagine if a black guy heard this song "nigga marda ahin ve" lol

  • @Amardeep661

    lollllll!!!!!!

  • @Amardeep661

lol I was thinking the same thing and imagine all those hindi songs with "Gori" in it, "fair & lovely ads" etc etc would be so racist. LOL

  • @Amardeep661 lol. i knw.

  • @ Ashurajson dude u r not an indian but a black spot to India pakistani r bastards never treat them with dignity MOFU

  • @kunalgupta2 EXCUSE ME COULD U PLZ STOP SWEARIN N TALK ABT THE VDOO OK !!!

  • woww ... nice voice nicely sung. M an Indian , earlier I used to think dat its an Indian Punjabi song however now i hav discovered many Indian songs are copied from Pakistani songs. And i am amazed and flattered by Pak music and the Artists.

  • @nirraw83 its a folk song and they are not copied.... you will find every generation of singers singing these songs as they are classics..

  • @nirraw83 This is a Punjabi folk song !!

  • original song bohat acha hai

  • awsom we r missing it

  • simple but looks great

  • i am indian & seeing it first.

who is this incredibly beautiful lady? her voice too is veryy niice.

we have few singers here too who have tried this song

  • @shanu7uday Mussarat Nazir.... She is so elegant, Haina??

  • She's the most beautiful and graceful woman I've ever seen.... What a voice...... Proud of the rich cultural heritage that india and pakistan have.

  • @arunsingla dont' forget about Bangladesh.

  • @SaifulHaqPathan just wudnt be possible!! :-)

  • What a classic

  • bapre..... yeh forum kya hai??....... ek achchhe gaane se kya Hindustan-Pakistan lag rakha hai tum sab ne??...... Punjab aur Bangal hamesha isi confusion mein rahega ki ek hoke bhi hum ek nahin hain........... kyunki political barrier kabhi kabhi kuchh logon-ke man mein bhi aa jate hain...... sangeet sarhad ko par kar chuki hai..... yeh awaaz dil se hai jee..... suniye aur khush rahiye..... yeh Hindustan-Pakistan kaziya bandh kijiye....

  • in india very few ppl wld ever know the fact that it orignally sang by a gr8 paki singer. You ppl hv really gr8 talent starting from Vaseem akram to this one.even being an true indian i salute your talent.

  • @9911044499 thanks for your kind words..... but i'd like to point out that this was in fact recorded by Surinder Kaur first in undivided India and i have that version with me...... because it's a folk song, no one can 'copy' it..... but it's true that Musarat Nazeer's version was the one that made the song extremely popular.... i'm Pakistani myself but am just stating the facts

  • bally sagoo million times better, nausating original, I could do better!! and I can't carry a note in a bag!!

  • @satbasram the lady in bally sagoo's version couldn't even sing....seriously

  • i m an indian but i feel shame when our film n music director copy movie n songs in their own name. i really loved this song but i was not knowing that this original version was sung by this lady frm pakistan. she is very beautiful n had a grt voice. the indian bally sago had compied this song n selled that in his own name. more than 80 % of bollywood movies are copy of hollywood movies or tamil movies and rest 20% left r fuck... i feel sad for indian piracy... it shows indian don't have talent

  • @luvudamn It was orginally recorded and sung by Surinder Kaur (when the India/Pakistan was not divided). Musarat Nazeer didn't copy the song. The folk songs cannot be copied, they can only be spread. As much as I love Surinder Kaur original version.... I think Musarat did a much better job.. What an elegency!

  • @ranyodh No was recorded around 1968 in voice of Mohd Siddique & Surinder Kaur. Its avail on Utube...

  • hi i m an indian, this song realy touch my heart

this song feel me my culture

  • the first punjabi song which made punjabis proud in the whole world

  • she always looks so gorgeous. ever green

  • Wow love the song and what fantastic earrings she's wearing :D

  • I was raised in America but my dad used to listen to this song so much when my sister and I were kids. in the car. brings back memories :)

  • shes so elegant and sings so beautiful. This song reminds me of being in Lahore. Thanks for sharing

  • this is a folk song you dumb f**k,there is such thing as "original"

  • Not only the lyrics are so good but also the singer is also gorgeous. I guess thats what the real Punjab was all about—just shear beauty.

  • Comment removed

  • Wrong scorpian, the audieance is more demending. you don't have to be good you have to be exceptional. believ eme there are lot of bad indian songs that nver popular. same with singers.

  • It is a PUNJAB's folk song & our heritage. This song & the singer both are popular on either side of the INDO-PAK BORDER.

  • @jaspalsinghh #

not either - you mean both side

  • Golden days I don't know where they are lost :(

  • very nice song.

  • lovely love it

  • wooow what a awesome voice pakistani singers are great I am Indian but proud of Pakistan who got such great talent like this other singers Nusrat

  • @adnanshah170883 Cant agree with u more! Raw talent in Pakistan is amazing...be it in cricket or in music...

  • @ashurajson fully agreed. I am an Indian, but I too bow down to two items of pakistan:

    1. Pakistani singers

    2. Pakistani Hockey

    dono zindabaad

  • @ashurajson Love you Ashurajson

  • @ashurajson see, we can all get along nicely

  • @ashurajson Finally, kuch ache log bhi hain youtube par. Thank you!!! There are some awesome indian singers as well :)....

  • awesome song! i think i danced to it at a wedding lol

  • We all are brethren- in- humanity. Let us respect each other and open heartedly appreciate art, no matter what race or country offers it.

  • Great song by a great singer! I just discovered today that this song is originally from Pakistan. Since I always hear it in Bollywood movies, I thought it was from India....BUT anyways, it;s a wonderful song (i don;t like the Indian version....really sucks)

  • Its a punjabi folk song. so it is punjab's heritage. Punjab is both in India and pakistan. Try to make sense sometimes

  • @mohitkuk The same goes for Bengal. Being a bengai and apart of my family coming from the other side during partition I understand this. We share so many coomon things that it sometimes surpise people in the outer world that why we also fight like crazy.

  • @himalray Sorry mate, I respect Musarat Nazeer a lot and many other artists from Pakistan, I love them..

But this song was originally recorded HMV in voice of Mohd Sadiq & Surinder Kaur before 1970 written by Babu Singh Maan,,

You can find it on youtube & can judge from music quality that how old this song was... But this recording is in 85-86 as per description...

Lot respect for all Punjabis across border...

  • There's no Pakistan or India..this are only names of a country..true citizens never own the country and neither can they ever own the five rivers...cos we all rot and return to earth someday..be proud of our cultures..Punjabi culture is for all..jaage de fateh!

  • Accept it or not Pakistan is a reality and it has been for last 62 years, although i am a Punjabi, i am a proud Pakistani First Pakistan Zindabad !!

babeo india n pakistaan taan baigairat sarkaraan di kartoot karke bane ne...

    punjab taan iko hi a...

kahdi tu tu main main laiya?

  • I can clearly tell the difference between this version and any other version of this song. She sings this song best.. from her heart!... and song is amazing too.

For the record, I am an indian.

  • Where you are from matters little. You are more than welcome here. The suncontinental family is so shockingly similar, i cannot wait for the damn politicians to kill each other so the rest of us can be what we are and naturally by virtue of our synonimous culture.

  • excellent song

  • Again Indo-Pak fights: some1 has even said that its 101% Pakistani.

Guys, if I say that this in NOT a folk song but was written by Baabu Singh Mann then you will think that I m crazy. But dats true! He never claims any copyrights on it and let everybody (on both sides of border) sing it.

Isn't it interesting that a song written by an Indian and sung by a Pakistani sounds like Punjabi folk? Doesnt it tell you that these borders are just artificial? So pl stop fightng and Njoy this beautiful song.

  • This song is classic piece of good lyrics and music. Enjoy. Tnx for loading.

  • This song remind me of my first year engineering college hostel at Bidar 1987

Every room played this song so loud ..just loved that moments .

She live in Brampton Canada. Her contribution towards Panjabi song culture

will be foever. May GOD bless all who listen to it.

  • I'm indian nd i like musarat nazeer's version better than nyothr ive heard so far! so put aside border differences and enjoy good music!!

  • before we kill some1 over this song, just one thing brother, who cares? its all time classis song

  • Comment removed

  • How come Pakistan got all the folk song before India. List a single Punjabi folk song made by India or video made by India first of a punjabi folk song. the reality is other way round. Actually these songs are created by pakistani artists later copied across the border.

  • 101% orginal Pakistani Song. Even My grand parents have heared this. It is India who has copied this song later.

  • have you SAD PATHETIC guys got nothong better to do than cuss each other

ENJOY THE SONGS thats what the site is for

    not for you Nutters!!!!!!!!

  • Plus one more thing to all those Indian shouting Copy. Indians have copied more Pakistani songs than the other way around. We don't need to copy Indian over anything. It has always been the other way around. Indians always try to copy Pakistanis, whether in Songs, dresses, or even Language. Look at your Bollywood, they speak URDU, not Hindi. what a PITTY.

  • hah u suck.

urdu is remix language from farsi hindi punjabi turky and mongolian.

but wid one thing u r right.

indians copy all the gud songs from pakistan.

i am a pakistani, and for me its a compliment if they try to copy us ;)

  • datzburier--

    u spelled ''pity" as ''pitty''

    now THAT'S a pity

  • Be quiet all you hater, and just listen to the beautiful lady.

Musarat is Pride of Pakistan. She is one of our best Singers. About the song, India DOES NOT hold a Copyright to it. Its originally Punjabi Song from the Lahore Region. So, officially its a Pakistani Song, EVEN all the things that happened in the current region of Pakistan before the creation of Pakistan, NOW lawfully belong to Pakistan. The Indus Civilization, Budhism, etc.

  • @datzburier Lyricist Babu Singh Maan holds copyrights of this song through HMV Saregama which was recorded in 1968, I hv uploaded that song if you like you can listen..

  • no it aint mate originally pakistani

  • this is originally indian.Anyway it irritates me to see pakis speaking and thus defiling punjabi.and as arab wannabes ,shoudnt u guys be speaking arabic.

  • Comment removed

  • shouldnt you be speaking sankrit, u wannabe muslim

  • lol true sanskrit is indian there is no such thing as hindi it is a copy of urdu from the mughals.

  • @metravellerz HEY JERK OFF...is it ur fathers song that ur fiting for its copyrights...cock ur whole listen to this song and fuck off and stop warping peoples minds.....

  • what the hell is going on here ?

dis is an awesome song .... what has it to do wid suicide bomber ?

  • nice song...thanks

  • oh God this guy has a complex he comes to a pakistani song to explain how indian everyone and everything is. hahaahah i feel sorry for him, he must have had some bad experiences.

  • white is no longer beautiful today. today john abraham is beautiful or bipasaha basu in india. gone are the days when only fair skinnned guys or girls rule.indians in uk don't represent indians in one billion population of india.

  • she is beautiful and i love this song. as far as pakistan and india .. i say can't we all just live in peace? and by the way, you pakistani's are indians whether you like it or not.

afghanistan, pakistan, and bangladesh were all part of INDIA once. That makes you INDIANS! Why do you think Pakistani's and Indians look so much alike? Ignorant people.

  • drinking cow's urine and bathing in faeces, these are better and harmless than turning into a terrorist who blow apart human lives that are more precious than anything. the devotion you see in drinking urine and bathing in faeces show that;s how you cultivate respect for small things in life.but because you have no respect, that's why you blow things apart.

  • Suicide bombing started from India, from the times of Indra Ghandi who was killed by a suicide bomber. It was never common in Pakistan. It definitely originated from India, or the sub continent. This was never a practice in Pakistan until recently where some terrorists taught Pakistani to use them.

  • Correction...

Suicide bombing was first used by japaneese and as terrorism first by the palestenians. Infcat it was Rajiv Gandhi who was killed by a suicide bomber and not Indira Gandhi (She was shot at by a machine gun and a revolver several times).

Whoever started it, it sucks.. I have a lot of respect for Pakistanis cause they have been there by my side when I needed them and inspite of being an Indian, I would just like us to live in peace. Let us stop this nonsense here !

    Regards

    Gurri

  • You are wrong. Suicide bombing never originated in India. In fact, there is hardly any historical precedent of suicide bombing in India. Rajiv Gandhi was killed by suicide bomber who were Srilankan Tamils. Get your facts right and don't spread false propaganda.

  • who told indira gandhi was killed by a suicide bomber? Just refresh your history

  • it is always india which is the mother, therefore motherland. your pakistan, bangaladesh or whatever shit are just the children which we disowned for being disobedient children.

  • lol....very well-said

  • What's your fucken problem with Bangladeshis? What bad have they done to you? Today I understand why pakis hate racist like you guys....

  • @8275989 Hello my fellow countryman! May you ROT in HELL for bringing such disgrace to our country with your words. Amen!

  • you pakistanis only know how to attack an indian's dark skinned colour.but you are forgetting india has never been about skin colour.inddia is colour blind, it treats everyone equally.you are not fair either. probably just like me. if you want fair, a white man is always fairer than you, does it mean he's superior than you and your people???

  • dear 8275989,

you make some valid and well reasoned points

but your observation about India being color blind is quite wrong

Here in Uk I have met hundreds of indians, a lot of them are very close and very dear friends of mine

and one thing that I have seen common in all of them is their fascination for fair skin

you ask them what sort of a bride will they want and all of them will have a fair skin as a very important criterion

  • i can quote from the history of india, that pakistan was part of india, and they were hindus before they were forced to convert.even the sikh's 9th guru was saying the musulmans from turk, iran not pakistan you idiot, came to spread islam in india. pakistan was the 1st victim, it's not you who ruled india.

  • everytime you get attacked from india, you say : you don't know, you don't know , you don't know.then who the fuck knows???if you know, tell me what is your source of information??

  • you say i don't know anything about pakistan, what you mean?? my ancestors are from there who had to migrate to india when you assholes declared it muslims country.luckily i moved to a country that see's everyoone as equal, not from the eyes of your beloved religion

  • shut upppp!!!!!!!!!!!!!

cant u assholes just njoy the song??????its such a melodious number

  • haha your disgusting all of you.

first of all india is just as beautiful as pakistan. after all they were one country.

but as do that fool's youbadouba comment. India is much more rich than Pakistan. That is a fact, look at currency, look at gold and agriculture. your just stupid for dissing india like have respect if you like it or not atleast maintain some respect. gosh im not saying one is better than the other...but i think they both lost by seperating together the were unbreakable force.

  • india is richer than pak, no denying that; but india's poor are poorer than pak's poor

half of india sleeps on the street; can't say that about pakistanis, or any other country for that matter

  • ur problem is that u are too scared that muslims will once again take over and civilize india, and then u wont be able to drink cow urine and bathe in cow feces in the ganges river like u do every day

don't worry, muslims don't want ur piece of s*it country, thats why they created Pakistan

  • haha...civilize india?

    how?

by telling them about ur paedophile prophet? :P
