Dude, I have Nightmare editor, and I use the Chapter Unit Editor, but I can't figure out how to change Lyn's items. I already changed it , using this module, and saved the rom. But when I run the game, nothing's happened. Could you help me?

with a little strategy you coulda killed him... All you have to do is not attack him first, then heal on your turns, letting him attack you on his. A couple criticals and he'd fall down like any other boss...

Lyn actually stood a chance, but then failed miserably.

Lyn had no real chance of winning that battle. She's dead in two hits, Batta has 94HP, requiring at least 11 hits, but that's rendered useless with Batta's insane HP recovery per turn, has a greater than 50% chance of getting hit, etc. This Batta is a character who could solo the entire game, save the dragon, if his weapon had infinite uses.

Like I said several times, the attack stat is halved when attacking from a range. I'd be dishing out zero damage against Batta if I did that. Might as well be doing nothing.

Actually, I did that before recording the final video. I only ended up dishing out 0 damage. On another recording, Batta criticaled Lyn on the first round, but I never showed anyone's stats in the recording...

The video loses it's point if Lyn were to win the battle. Another factor you aren't aware involves how magic swords work. When attacking from a distance, the attack stat is halved. I would have been dishing zero damage. Not very smart.
