Hola amigo! (hello friend). The Duke explains to Jimmy Stewart what took place that night, when he & Liberty Valance met to duel to the death. John Wayne happened to head out of an alley, with Woody Strode; where Liberty was ready to kill Jimmy Stewart. John Wayne gunned down Liberty instead of Jimmy Stewart, but kept his mouth shut allowing Stewart to claim the credit. Stewart's character went on to great acclaim, where as Wayne's character died in obscurity. Comprende? Do you understand?

I know all about the movie. I saw it 1962 or 63 for 50 cents. I'm just sick and tired of pressing '1' for english in an english speaking country. Comprende?

Hi. The original poster who put up this video, is from Spain. (They speak Spanish is Spain, btw.) Movies from America are dubbed into a countrys language, for the foreign markets of the US film industry. When I lived in Europe, I watched US films in German/French or Spanish a lot. Im glad you saw this awesome movie, when it came out. Unfortunately, I cant ask the poster in Spain to dub his vids back into English; just to satisfy your malevolence towards any language except your own. Ciao!

Seems when I saw Hombre' with Paul Newman and Richard Boone in Japan 1967, they spoke english with Japanese script.
