I've been looking into AMVs that use the song since I'm currently working on one myself, and I must say that this is definitely the best one I've seen yet. Hell, it's probably the only good one, really. ;) Timing and shot choices are great across the board, and the spirit of the song is spot on. Excellent job!

Ah yes! Experimental Film works great with this anime! Especially the clips from the Mikuru Asahina movie they made! TMBG + Haruhi Suzumiya = AMAZING!!!

I'm making the same thing, but mine is more of a brain-throw up. I mean that in the most positive way possible... My brain is very strange, I would probably make a good experimental film. Your video inpires meh! :D

Thanks! Agreed: squinting eyes, imploding faces, and not really knowing what it's about all constitute an experimental film. Or at least, close up segments of a naked woman's body rolling in paint on the floor. (That was a REAL one I saw.) *shudders likewise*

my experience with experimental films is "un chien andalou" (its french, so thats probably not how it spelled) to sum it up, a razor slits a womans eye, ants come out of a hole in his hand, the guy grabs boobs, then pulls two pianos with dead donkeys and two priests behind him with some rope. i really wish i could get all that out of my mind, but nope, its stuck now
