Well, it isn't "the' openly gay church--this is San Francisco after all. But to answer your second question--yes, you can be openly gay at this church "without repentance." As one of the pastors used to say "If God made you, we want you."
Glide Church is open to all, especially those who might feel unacceptable to his own self! Jesus was open to all, too.
