The guy need to show more emotion and facial expression. Such a droopy face and no emotion at all make this movie so boring. The lady did do a better job. I will have one out soon watch for it....and compare. Acting have nothing to do with how much you spend on making the movie. It all depend on the actors and director.

I thought how they previewed the movie made it look AWESOME but when I actually saw it, it was soooo stupid. I don't even get the storyline even though it was clearly told to the audience. Don't be so quick to compare every Hmong production with Krn dramas. Some of you do that too often & w/o good reason. Krn/Twn dramas have heaps in common; almost never do we see bashing. Sure, def. NOT the #1 film, but whats w/ the rude comments?
Suggestions for the filmakers? Offer them in an acceptable & civil way. The lot of you who bash are Hmong. As a Hmong person myself I really encourage you to give up the neg. comments & start giving advice.

You know there are tons of remakes out there! Even Hollywood film movies have a bunch of remakes. Some remakes are from other countries and cultures. To name a few, there are so many remakes of "Pride & Prejudice" and "Phantom of the Opera." Don't be so quick to compare and contrast unless you're certain even if the movie isn't a blockbuster. I give them credit for having the confidence to make such a movie.

I thought how they previewed the movie made it look AWESOME but when I actually saw it, it was soooo stupid. I don't even get the storyline even though it was clearly told to the audience. There was only 3 main characters not including the newslady. The voices covering theirs is not so great, and acting isn't the greatest. But give props for being able to do this. I went to school w/the girl but I graduated and some parts of the movie was taken at UW-Sheboygan. Funny =P

anyways, yea, this movie needs a lot of improvements, howevery all of them are first time beginners so i think they did a pretty good job and stuff. hmmm, if you watch it more than once you can see the strong points and not just the obvious bad points. I've watched twice!! twice!! Peace!
