I've ordered one for Christmas; and so have some of my mates. I have this camping lamp with an infrared remote that turns it on and off/changes brightness , would we all be able to program our wands with the same command so we could all turn off the same light with different wands. Just a theory I mean- it's not as if we'd have an electricity war with wands ;)

Very cool gadget! Just wondering. When programming can you program multiple functions during the programing mode or do you have to do one at a time? Can the wand learn new functions (ie say I wish to change a function)? How do you go abour reprogramming the wand? Any help would be great. Ty

@Hiddenswine Yes you can program multiple functions without coming out of programming mode and you just learn the new code over the old one and it automatically replaces it.

@Hiddenswine Same way as programming it. You can also do a factory reset to put it back into practising mode. Put the wand in learning mode and then do a gesture and wait for the fast heartbeats, then instead of teaching it a code do the big swish gesture. Two series of strong pulses follow and the wand is reset. Take it out of learning and you have wiped ALL the codes off the wand. There is no way of wiping off just one or two codes.

This wouldn't work because the gestures aren't programmed for a certain task by default. The gestures can be applied to what you want. For example, the twisting gesture that could potentially turn up the volume for something (if you wanted it to) could be program for something else instead.
