Diagonal jumps does not work on PS.

PAL-M is not a version.

PAL-M is a confusing name given to a glitch that happens with PAL CD of CBW3, in the console. It happens, in general, with Playstation 2. More, this happens not 100% of the time in general, cos dumbdog had a console in this way.

The barriers must end with 00 or maybe 50.

For exemple, you have broken 58:00 seconds on Future Frenzy, or Jamie has broken 58:00 on Tomb Wader! I don't say you broke 37:50 here, only because of Enigma. Anyway, is 36:96 a possible time?
