  • Yes, I'm going to University of Rhode Island in the fall and I cant wait to start throwing. So far, I've thrown 160 with the 16lb and I hope to hit close to 200 next spring.

  • Litvinov is a great thrower, but is must say that Sedykh is a greater thrower...and he uses 3 turns:-) Amazing!!!
