look at the buff >.> you get it from being in stormwind/Orgrimmar and a boss is killed on the server from your faction such as Onyxia. I think its only 10 and 25man end bosses but im not sure of that part..

Your lies humor me. That's brutally impossible to crit 17k at level 79. My tauren hunter is in t8.5/t7.5/ToC/ulduar gear and my max kill shot is about 14-18k.

Thats scaling with level. On 4 its 60% or somthing, but on lvl 40 its 10% or something like it.
