that's what they do...it circles an area while the cop cars and state highway patrol raid drug houses, arrest people with warrants, etc...it has heat seeking capabilities too!!
when i first heard it i thought it was a lifeflight circling to land on rte. 8, but then it kept circling and circling and i went out and someone told me what it was....
i wondered why that damn helicopter kept flying around my neighborhood, im in goodyear heights, the past two months or so its been making regular rounds past here, all the way up the jonhston street,. just circling around.
why is it eveyone says how bad it is and we have never seen it and we are in Firestone park
