for #9 nyaatorrents and bakabt are good for anime torrents.

bakabt is the best for fast highquality downloads but you can only find whole series or seasons of anime and you need an account and in order to remain able to download you need to seed the torrent

For #9 there is Anime44.com. You will have to convert the episodes so you may use them but, thats were I get all my clips
