I first increased the speed by 25% and uploaded it and it was blocked before even publishing to youtube. I increased it by 50% and 75% and the same happened. Then I increased it by 100% (double) and it wasn't blocked, so that explains why it's sped up that much.

@Eaglesx33xBasketball Dil wasn't born in the second season. He was born in between episodes in Season 5. In the Rugrats Movie. And this intro includes Kimi so it had to have been made after Rugrats in Paris so the new intro was made for either Season 7, 8 or 9
