@KENTURTLE671 How bout you take the bottle off then race. The KA24De motor starts out with aroung 146hp stock they toyota starts around 100hp ok The LC engine is probably making between 140hp and 180hp so he is around the power the KA started out with so in my opinion that is not a good race

not familiar with nissan but LC is way overpriced on there engines and the 22r/re was nvr meant as a racing engine so it really is pointless to spend that much money to swueeze what little power you can out of it. now if your looking for good dependability and gas mileage then LC can get you a good setup with just bolt on power including a nos kit but i wouldnt trust the engines coming from LC. i woulda stuck a yota 1uzfe in that bitch and ate nissan for dinner.

I have an 04 nissan 2.4 auto, with the auto its a slow pos. I had water in my tank and poured about 12 ounces of 99% isoprophol alcohol in the tank and for the first time in its life it spun my 20" tires on dry asphalt and ran its shift points out great. Im assuming repeating the alcohol will lead to damage to internals tho. Anyone have any info on puttin a q45 motor in the frontier?

@blt7791 you can try , YOU CAN TRY AND GET AN ALL MOTOR 22R, but you and i know those motors under abuse dont last long at all!! My 92hardbody 212K+ miles with heavy abuse. I still got the ownership of the reject toyota i bought! It lasted me 2 outings before the motor blew!! KA24's last a lifetime!!

But how many more runs you got left with that set up? The LC guy could of easly purchased a nitrous bottle at his local Kragen and done what you did. Nitrous is for people that wanna go in a straight line all the time and never turn a wrench.

@ratardos, theres a reason why i got this 18sec frontier to do 13's all day and 12's with traction and it has nothing to do with Kragen dumbass. Its cuz I know what Im doing and didnt have to pay L.C. to do it for me cuz I CAN turn wrenches all day long.
