fuck off back to nigeria if you love it so much you fucking monkey bastards. you are lazy you dont want to work . all you do is rob from the goverments that let your nasty smelly lazy asses in to their countries. fuck nigeria. smelly backward dump
Absolutely Humiliating Affair!!.. This is not an Independance day parade. It's a fucking Bollywood/Advertisement parade. This is a degrading event held for monetary benefits. Independance day is supposed to be a day of giving reverence to the country you were born in. Having fun, is a part of it.. but this is ridiculous!! If you want to know how its done, Watch the real deal of how its done in india. You dont hear bollywood songs, or see caberet dances, or shit like that.. Get a life arses!!
WTF is that at 4:19 it has got nothing to do with I India and its brilliant diversity. It's funny how a proud and prestigious event like India's Independence has been commercialised in America.
Yes we love to show around our culture, we are proud of it, whats not to show, we feel proud for it and like telling everyone about it, we may do it in any way possible. By the way commerce has been and integral part on Indian culture through times immemorial.
by the way i dont live in US, i live in europe and i support such events here as well.
You can't tell me how to celebrate my independence day. do i tell you how you should do it??
REST ASSURED, BUD - 100% Indian, and a proud Indian citizenship holder. I guess you can't seem to shut your mouth, so, blabber on if you like. All I'm going to say is - SOD OFF!
We're celebrating where we've come from. INDIA, that's right; HOME to most of us. A "rock concert", in your opinion, not mine. We're here to show the world what we're all about, and if we can forget all the crap that goes on all around us for one BLOODY day, and CELEBRATE - WHY NOT?
Who cares about someone making a profit! Some of us were fortunate enough to be able to be a part of it. You're NO ONE to judge how OUR nation should be portrayed elsewhere. I, and WE, will do it how we please.
we dont run away from our country. most of us go to another country to have a better education. and by doing this we are represeting our country. we have the best doctors in america, and some are indian, sri lankan, bangldesh, you name it we got it here in america. why do you think americans know about india and ghandi?? because we taught them about it. yea we did leave our country, but not a day or a minute goes by when we dont think about our precious country.
But please don't impose your notion of how something special should be celebrated. I have my own ways of recognizing and celebrating events that I feel are important to me.
there are sooooooo many good desh bhakti song. may be you(NY Indians) are more educated, but my question to all of you.
what is this? could not we play desh bhakti ke song.may be i am wrong i dont know what you people thing there once you reach there. any way something is always better then nothing.its a great show

What the hell do u mean NRI, my Country, India is as much ours as it is yours. No one can tell me or anyone how to elebrate independence day.
India is a free country so are the minds and hearts of her people no matter where they live.
You are struck in domestic narrow minded hypocrisy.

India is beautiful! :)
And I guess, United States is the only nation in the world where independence of another country can be celebrated with such pomp!
God bless India, God bless America! :-)
