Sounds familiar indeed. The movie's score is composed by Michael Kamen, who would score Licence To Kill, starring Timothy Dalton as 007, four years later...

who did the music for this film? its great, reminds me of the music from the bond films in a few places, did the composer of this ever do a bond film? cos i bet that score woulda been amazing

@SnoocheeBoochees The actor in this video actually played as a Bond villain, Eliot Carver, in Tomorrow Never Dies. As for the composer, I don't think so. Similar sounding though.
