After listening to screamo and metalcore after lp died a bit .....you guys think the old Chester had potential to be in a screamo band??

i used to think chester was the best screamer ever, then i started to listening to heavier music like metalcore and i realised there are so many other vocalists that can scream like that, just probably for longer without them wearing off and continuously. i still think chester is awesome though, although i was disappointed with their new album.

He is the best every other screamer, even Corey from slipknot, has lost there voices over the years but Chester hasnt. Search One Step Closer live from Madison Square Garden its a recent concert maybe from 2 months ago he sounded amazing.

@finsfan90 If you compare the amount of screaming they do per song, Corey Taylor does a lot more than Chester Bennington. If more of Linkin Park's songs involved harsh vocals for the majority of them, Chester wouldn't be sounding too good right now.
