Very nice... Unfortunately I could not yet test mine with tapes...
Is there any way to reset it to factory defaults?
I bought mine second hand and it seems to have the passwords set which I'd like to get rid of... Couldn't find this on the manual... BTW are you using any backup software to use this robotic library?
@fredduxx There might be a jumper on the main controller card to clear the data, but I'm not sure. I haven't messed with this system lately as other than the basic windows backup system I have no way to run the tape drives, and no way to control the library remotely. I figure there must be some way to control the robotics system from the computer but I haven't found any documentation on it. It's rather useless to have to punch in commands through the touchscreen.

Default Passwords are 1234 and/or 5678 :-)

Quite an odd thing for a tape library to do- it moves a tape, then picks it back up again.
