They could have just towed the vehicle, and that costs alot more. Plus you'd have other costs like a cab ride and wasted time. They have signs there, it would be smart to read them! It may save alot of trouble in the future.

Pretty much every booting company in town boots within minute and actually they were being treated nicer, MOST companies in town simply two the car and make them come down there to pay. These guys were at least being decent, saying pay the fine now and your car wont be towed.
