disable is the pixcel one

at the bottom of the layers box, the first button is to add a new layer. if you wanna move it up or down use the blue arrow buttons. if that makes sense..

If you mean how I get rid of the icky, white lines that show up after coloring..then that's easy. xD

Just pick the color of the shade from whatever you wanna touch up, say the hair, (on the second layer where you did the edit), then click on the Background layer and paint over the white lines - but keep the second layer visible so you can make sure it's covering up the white stuff and not getting onto the BG. xD

If that didn't make much sense I can make a short tutorial if you like. xD
