@emilycjoneslikesyou It could be anything a Rollercoaster like Crush, Space Mountain or Rock n Rollrcoaster.
But it can also be like the Buzz lightyear laser blast its just in the dark ;)

@atinkerfairy It's actually a walkway that leads to the second exit of Toy Story Playland. According to law, TSP should have 2 exits (for when it's busy). So its a safety measure.

Even though it's raining, this still looks very nice.
The lampposts, fences, etc. will make great theming for the upcoming Ratatouille attraction.
