I see Your attitude and I must say that I can see that You are broke and probably have been for a very long time. There is resentment toward the rich because You arent one of them. I also see that You resent promotion. I recommend the book "Secrets of the Millionaire mind" by T. Harv Eker. That will empower You to attract more of that which You want into Your life which includes money.

When You place the authority to someone or something outside of Yourself, You in that very moment are powerless to live Your life as You want it to be. Take Your power back. Jesus even said "My father and I art one" did He not? He also taught His diciples that they are the same as well. That meas YOU too...

@anoniab The fact that when You are grateful for the illusion that You have interacted with someone, You will never be pulled down with into that illusion. In stead You will be pulled into the reality of gratitiude more and more of the time. THAT is what illusion has got to do with reality.

I like the word "Appreciation" more than "Gratitude", but yes its so important. We can have our heart open for a variety of reasons and their is wisdom in thanking life, source energy, and all life for the co creation of this lovely multiverse!

When I drive to work and see the sun casting a glow on the red rocks I thank GOD for that view. I see puffy clouds against a bright blue sky and I thank GOD again. I thank him for being able to see these things - to be able to see at all. Take time to look at the beauty in the world. GOD is the one to thank. Be thankful for your family and friends and for all the things you have that many others do not. Then try to help those that don't have what you do. Pray for the USA.

How did he change your life ?

I learned that all experience of events are just that. Events. Whether they be good or bad is merely an interpretation by mean through perceptual filters. I decide whether good or bad (usually based on if I like it or not). Either way all experience is designed to teach us to love ourselves and others. John has much to say on this matter, in any case, I am now able to balance my perceptions of any given event and see 'how it served'. What was the lesson? Free from guilt from the past or fear....

@anoniab You are resisting this. The reason You are ressiting this is because Your life is not going the way that You want it to. Most people do not like to hear this. When that woman gets attacked, I ask Her, over the last few days, weeks or momnths, what else have You been thinking about that gave You thesame or similiar feeling? They instantly say or close to instantly say: "Yeah, I have been thinking about (such and such) which gave Me a very similar feeling.

@anoniab She DID nothing to cause the attack, it was a specific FEELING that She was vibrating that attracted Her attacker. But as always, Her attacker and that woman were both the co-creators of that situation, no one else. 100% responsiblity is what will remove those traumas from the "past".

I met John today in San Francisco at Borders and he is a very intelligent and kind man...I enjoyed talking with him...gratitude is so important: we do reach our potential when we wake up and feel grat. and positive also, people do have such an influence in our lives, but it is how we learn from people and our perceptions can be our best friend or our worst enemy-people tell me about problems and so much is fear, guilt, negativity they create in their own minds- be positive & grateful
