@EuropaBloke TI as in Training Instructor. It could have changed since from when I was in back in 99...damn now that i think about it, that was a long time ago. lol And he actually was dropped back down to A1C for hitting a trainee like a year after i went through.

@Kruml007 yes they are and it all depends on your MTI at the beginning of basic you get like no time but towards the end you get to take longer showers but like i said it all depends on your MTI my MTI would leave at night and that's when we could take shower so we had more time

Heh, interesting vid, we weren't given our stuff back until the last night after graduation but back then dig camera's were very expensive so no one had any at that time. Is basic still 8 and 1/2 weeks or did they go back to the 6 and 1/2 as before? Anyway congrats again for making it and for the uploads posted.

Im planning to enlist next year in the air force. I'm planning to get a tattoo soon, which is tomorrow. Im getting a small pink ribbon tattoo for the breats cancer awareness, half of the proceedings go to breast cancer researched. I plan to get it either on my forearm wrist or on my back. Will i still be accepted to the USAF when i enlist?
@courtneyontop123 the rule is 25% of your exposed skin while in uniform (Arms) is allowed to have tatoos. I have a small tattoo on the bottom of my left wrist and it was no problem.

@LifeIsADanceFloor101 Start running NOW. 2 weeks isn't too long, but starting at least 2 miles a day will help by the time you get there. Try to keep the peace in your dorm...the hardest part will be getting along with 50+ other females. Just do what you're told without questioning or complaining--trust me, it will make the time a lot easier. Don't get into gossping and pointing out weak links--HELP THE WEAK ONES IN YOUR FLIGHT. You will all suffer if you don't. And BE EASY ON LAUNDRY CREW :)

I know this will sound stupid or what ever but I'm joining Air Force I'm going to take my test soon and I was wondering during BMT since we can't bring blow dryers and straightners I have a natural poofy hair that will not go into a bun with out blow drying. What do I do?
@TesBearAir18 noooo...even if you could you would NEVER have time for that. You will take a 30 second shower once a day if you're lucky and have about 10 minutes to get dressed in ABUs and pull your hair back. You will go through a couple bottles of gel and will always be pulling your hair back wet. Your hair will enver be dry the entire time you're there. My recomendation is that you start practicing now to get your hair into a sock bun. Go to my chanel and I have a video to show you how :)

Once when I was a Major, a BMT asked me how much I loved being in the Air Force. I said that it was a love/hate relationship. While I have some bad memories, there were many that somehow made it all worthwhile. I'd do it over again in a heartbeat, only smarter.
After your committment, get a slot in the AF Band or a regional ANG band. You'd have a blast.
You are a credit to the uniform. Take the Levitow Award in Tech School!

@starshell84 oh yeah--we had a couple of 30 year olds in our flight. Brother flight had a 35 year old, and he ended up being honor grad out of EVERYONE that graduated. So you're fine :)
