I dont know what it is with this intro. Its so simple and yet the most powerful minute I can find in any media, book, music, movie or game. When I played the game I always watched this before I started, and never grew tired of it. Still warms up every bit of my body.

But you could always get the legend of zelda ocarina of time as that is rated the best game of all time with a metacritic score of 99% and it is quite frankly deserving of that score.

The zelda series makes me want to make video games for the rest of my life sometimes. This game touches you in the way that even the companys that haven't used as much in graphics and gameplay it's more in plot and the theme that lies in the game in my opinion.

Allow me to explain why the Wii version of the intro is different. Link has traditionally been left-handed, and that has been kept through to the Gamecube version of Twilight Princess. However, in the Wii version, Link was flipped to make him right-handed. That's not all, though, as the whole world was flipped too.

However most of the people in the world are right handed and because the wii version of this game requires the player to be very in tune with the game itself Nintendo was forced to make Link right handed. Simply put Link is right handed if you are and I think theres a setting to allow you to change it if not in the game then on the wii itself.

But seriously, that little detail is so irellavent to pretty much anything in the game, that i don't understand why anyone cares. Anyway, there is a different link to most of the games, so why not make some right handed too?

I just hope that the entire game isn't as ridiculously, childishly colorful and cartoonish as the E3 demo was.

@tycoon519 Its different man. These are the tittle that litterally bought up the industry from being exstinct. Zelda, Kid Icarus, Kirby, Mario are all legends are alot bigger than GTA and Halo are. They are nothing compared to The Legend of Zelda. Nothing. Unfortunately only gamers from the early generations like us apparently actually notice this. This new generation that grows up with Playstation and X-Box won't understand.

I'm 13, and grew up playing a Super Nintendo and Nintendo 64. I've been playing Zelda: Link to The Past as long as i can remember. It seems like over half of the kids my age can even name the main character of the game. One friend of mine said you played as Zelda through the whole thing. Another only knows 90% of Nintendo characters he knows from playing SSBB.

people say that The gamecube version is a mirror and its wrong but thats not true. The Wi is since link was always left handed and in Wii hes right handed. not to mention it was supposed to only be out for the gamecube but later they added the Wii version
