OK, well, after watching this LONG video, I must say that what I saw is not a traditional recipe for bublanina; it's not bread, it's a cake and it should not be 'drowned' in friut, rather should have some fruit in it. I also don't like recipe videos that last more than 4-5 minutes, because even some people who dont cook often know how to sift flour or beat an egg. I was bored and no shot of the 'piece of bublanina'? I suspect it did not turn out well at all, sorry to say. More like soggy batter.
